If you have had your child taken by CAS and you did not abuse or neglect your child, bring an empty baby stroller to Parliament Hill near the Flame on Wed Oct 19 at NOON to join a protest march down Elgin Street.

This protest march is in support of a Charter Challenge which has been filed with the courts to determine if the Provinces are acting outside of their jurisdiction by legislating that CAS can apprehend children.
